After breakfast departure to Urbino. A guided tour of the historic centre and Palazzo Ducale,, the heart of the Renaissance city and the places where the great Raffaello Sanzio expressed himself through his art. Urbino is a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its monuments and its layout, which make it unique. A visit to an artisan pottery workshop with a hands-on demonstration. Free lunch. In the afternoon, a visit to a winery in the hills around Urbino, including a wine tasting and a meeting with the winemaker. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

COOKING EXPERIENCE -  The morning is dedicated to discovering the local cuisine. It’s not just a tasting session, but a real experience: Learn how to make Italian pasta. Everyone gets to make fresh pasta and traditional dishes from the Marche region alongside a local chef/host, before enjoying lunch made from what they’ve prepared. In the afternoon, a visit to Gradara, an ancient village with its fortress and a history linked to Paolo and Francesca.

RECANATI: Leopardi & Olio. After breakfast departure to Recanati. A guided tour of the city and the places associated with the great poet Giacomo Leopardi. Free time for lunch, followed in the afternoon by the Olive Oil Experience, including a visit to an olive oil mill, a meeting with the producer and an olive oil tasting. Back to hotel for dinner and overnigt.

ANCONA & VERDICCHIO: A morning spent in Ancona, a city by the sea, a port city, a city of hills – the perfect blend of art, culture, history and traditions. A guided tour of the historic centre, the Cathedral of San Ciriaco and panoramic views of the harbour.Departure for the hills. Visit to a winery and meeting with the winemaker to taste the famous Verdicchio dei Castelli dei Jesi wine, We don't just taste the wine. We meet the people who make it. Light lunch at the winery. Free time for relax and back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
