After the visit, enjoy a hands-on Umbrian cooking class, learning how to prepare fresh pasta and traditional local dishes. Then sit down together to enjoy the meal you have prepared, accompanied by local products and Umbrian flavours. Journey continue with an olive oil experience at a local mill, discovering the traditional production process and tasting authentic Umbrian extra virgin olive oil. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast departure to explore Montefalco, a medieval hilltop town surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, in the heart of one of Umbria’s most renowned wine-growing areas. After a walk through the historic centre, continue into the countryside for a visit to a family-run winery. Discover the vineyards and learn about the unique characteristics of Sagrantino, one of Italy’s most distinctive indigenous grape varieties, known for its intense colour, rich structure and remarkable ageing potential. The visit continues in the cellar, followed by a guided tasting of selected Umbrian wines, paired with local specialities such as cured meats, cheeses and traditional products. A relaxed and authentic introduction to Umbria’s wine culture — from vineyard to table.

After breakfast departure for a special day based on “Truffle Hunting with Lunch” Head into the woods surrounding the hills of Assisi with an expert truffle hunter and his trained dog. Discover the secrets of this ancient Umbrian tradition and search for truffles among the local oak and woodland landscape. After the hunt, visit Tili Winery and enjoy a four-course Umbrian lunch featuring the truffles found during the experience, paired with a selection of local wines and organic extra virgin olive oil. In the afternoon, continue to Orvieto, dramatically perched on a volcanic tuff cliff. Explore its historic centre with a local guide and visit the magnificent Orvieto Cathedral, one of Italy’s finest examples of Gothic architecture. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
